The Nike Air Max 1 Anniversary Hunter Green DC1454-100 is one of two fresh re-vamps of the Air Max 1 – the second is the striking “Orange Magma” model. These two new silhouettes are set to mark the anniversary of the original AM1 construction!
The AM1 was the first Nike silhouette to brag visible Air tech and was crafted by the legendary Tinker Hatfield in 1987. Decked out in a crisp white and anniversary green palette, the AM1 looks fresher than ever here, while the grey overlays pay homage to its iconic predecessor. The sneaker’s mudguards and first set of lace loops are both decked out in this fresh evergreen hue, as is the Nike branding. The silhouette also features the classic Swoosh logo along the sides, plus Air branding on the tongue and heel for that detailed finish. The white mesh overlays boost the overall aesthetic and lend a minimal, deconstructed feel to the pair.
